Dancing is allowed as long as it is confined to the seating area. Consideration of other theatre goers must be respected; you may be asked to sit down if others around you cannot see. The enjoyment of all customers is paramount. There is Strictly no dancing or standing allowed on stage, stairs, aisles, or the back of the theatre.

‘Babes in Arms’ are defined as children under 2 years of age (subject to promoter’s policy) provided they are seated on a parent/guardian’s lap ‘Babes in Arms’ are admitted free of charge as long as they do not occupy a seat In consideration of other patrons it is recommended that you purchase an aisle seat close to an exit if available A crying baby should be taken from the theatre and settled before returning to the performance

Front of House will be able to advise you on the night if the show allows it. The lights from mobile phone screens are very distracting for customers and for the acts, so please be considerate of others around you.

Your ticket is non-refundable once purchased unless the show is sold out and we can resell the tickets. If this is the case, then a refund of the ticket value minus the booking can be processed.

Juniors are for children aged 2 to 16 unless stated otherwise. Seniors are for those aged over 60 years of age.

Many factors can affect the finish time of a performance, including late starts, over-running and encores. If you wish to know the finish time of a performance, please contact the box office on the day and every effort will be made to give an accurate finish time.

The bar opens approximately one hour before the shows start time and during the interval.
