Box Office Opening Times
Tickets can be purchased in-person from the 1Leisure Reception located on the lower ground floor of the Medina Leisure Centre.
- Weekdays 7.00am - 8.30pm
- Weekends 9.00am - 4.30pm
The Medina Theatre Box Office, located on the upper level, is also open one hour before a performance start time for ticket collections and purchases.
In addition, the theatre has its own 24-hour answer phone on which telephone enquiries may be taken outside normal opening hours.

Booking Tickets Online
If booking online, you will receive E tickets. The E tickets will be emailed to the email address you have provide when booking. Show your E ticket on your mobile device to the front of house staff on entry. Or you can print the E-tickets and bring them with you, to show the front of house staff on entry.
Booking Tickets
You can purchase tickets over the phone or in person at 1Leisure Medina. If buying tickets over the phone we can send you the tickets in the post or you can arrange to collect them.
Reserving Tickets
Tickets can be reserved for each performance with full payment in-person, over the phone and online. Reservations can only be held for 24 hours, within seven days of the performance.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash or cheques made payable to IW Council. Payments online are fully secured and encrypted.
Booking Fee
All tickets for Medina Theatre include a £1.50 per ticket booking fee. The fee covers all costs associated with processing your booking. The prices as advertised is the price you pay and is inclusive of the booking fee. As a community theatre we charge a booking fee so we can ensure every penny goes directly to Medina Theatre. This helps to protect the theatre allowing us to invest in its growth and longevity.
